本设计针对国产中、小型电站锅炉燃烧系统参数时变、严重非线性、干扰因素复杂、耦合严重、模型不易确定的特点，提出多变量协调控制方案，解决了系统可控性差，难以实现稳定自动运行的问题；在此基础上，改变以往以烟气含氧量控制送风的传统模式，针对国产电站锅炉设备主体及一、二次送风回路泄露严重，煤种混杂、成分不稳定、燃烧发热值低、燃烧效率不高等问题，应用智能控制理论中的模糊控制技术，结合自寻最优控制的思想，设计了一种模糊自寻优控制器，应用在电站锅炉送风控制系统上，并阐述了动静态两种实现途径，通过在线优化风煤配比，实现最佳经济燃烧，切实保障了锅炉的经济运行。
